Cheapest of three cities. 2-bed: €350-700. 30-40% less than Limassol. Engomi (upscale), Strovolos (practical), old town (charm). Cons: no sea, extremely hot summer, worst traffic. Pros: cheapest, most culturally rich.

Who Nicosia Is For

Culture lovers, students, diplomats, budget expats. Not for: beach lovers, heat-sensitive, international networkers. CMC: as residence = minority choice. As day trip = mandatory.
